Most WordPress problems aren't disasters -- they're the small, annoying things that sit on your to-do list because hiring someone for a one-hour job feels like more trouble than the problem itself. A contact form that quietly stopped sending, a plugin that started acting up after an update, a page layout that suddenly looks wrong on phones, or a warning in your dashboard you'd just like to see go away -- that's what the Quick Fix is for.
You could post the job on one of those freelancer sites, sort through a stack of proposals, try to figure out who actually knows WordPress, and spend a few days messaging back and forth before anyone even logs in -- and that's a lot of effort for something that should take an hour. With a Quick Fix you skip all of that, because you just buy it, tell us what you're seeing, and we get to work.
How it works
Pick the Quick Fix and describe the problem -- a screenshot or the exact error message helps a lot. Then send us a temporary login through our encrypted form, which you can revoke as soon as we're done. We back up your site before we touch anything, track down the actual cause instead of papering over the symptom, fix it, test it, and send you a short plain-English note explaining what went wrong and what we changed.
If it turns out to be bigger
Sometimes a small problem is a sign of a bigger one -- your website didn't betray you, it's software and software breaks in layers sometimes. If that happens we'll explain what we found and let you decide whether to move up to a Bug Fix or Big Fix, and if you'd rather not go ahead before we start the work, you get a full refund.
Your site is in careful hands
Handing someone the keys to your website is a big deal, and we treat it that way. We use temporary access, keep your information confidential, and never make changes beyond what you asked for without checking with you first.
